We offer direct billing to major health insurance companies (Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Claim Secure, Desjardins, Green Shield, Manulife, Sunlife, etc.)  and Motor Vehicle Insurance companies.

12 hours notice needed for appointment cancellation. After-hour voicemail (780-439-5155) and email (terwillegartherapy@gmail.com) are acceptable for cancellation requests. Late cancellation/ no shows are charged $30.
